About
Reede Adams-Beckett is a proud Palawa man from Lutruwita/Tasmania and a UNICEF Australia Young Ambassador. He is committed to advancing First Nations justice and amplifying youth voices in national decision-making, including through contributions to headspace Australia’s First Nations Youth Advisory Council, the Australian Government’s Creative Industries Youth Advisory Group, and key Tasmanian youth bodies. As a UNICEF Australia Young Ambassador, he serves on the U-Report Steering Committee and UNICEF Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan Committee (RAP), has supported LCOY climate dialogue facilitation, Board consultations, and government advocacy, and contributed to the development of The State of Australia’s Children report. Reede was nominated for the 2025 Tasmanian Young Person of the Year.
