This year we will deliver more than 2 billion coronavirus vaccines around the world to countries who would otherwise go without.

UNICEF is leading efforts to purchase and deliver doses of coronavirus vaccines to 92 countries as part of the COVAX Facility.

COVAX has been set up specifically to ensure equitable access to coronavirus vaccines. It is the only global effort of its kind and the only chance that many low-income and hard to reach countries have of getting these vaccines.

This will be the world's largest and fastest procurement and supply of vaccines in human history. By protecting frontline health workers, teachers and the most vulnerable from COVID-19, we are protecting children.

This infographic outlines some of the key actions UNICEF is undertaking at global and country levels. They are often interlinked, and while some activities have already been completed, others are evolving as work to procure, deliver and rollout coronavirus vaccines around the world.
