As Chief Information Officer, Lou Runyard leads UNICEF Australia's technology, cyber security, data and AI strategy.

Lou is focused on building the organisational capabilities that help UNICEF Australia deliver greater impact for children, ensuring people, data and technology work together to support the organisation's mission and long-term strategy.

She is an experienced technology executive with a career spanning the not-for-profit, financial services and technology sectors. Prior to joining UNICEF Australia, she held senior leadership roles with Waddle (part of the Xero Group), Lonsec, Westpac and IBM, leading technology strategy, cyber security and business transformation initiatives across Australia, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
