Director of Finance, Gregg Ruff
As Director of Finance for UNICEF Australia, Gregg Ruff optimises the organisation's financial performance by providing strategic financial insights and delivering efficient and sustainable financial operations.
With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, Gregg started with UNICEF Australia in 2013 as an Assistant Accountant. Within six months, he was promoted to Management Accountant and subsequently the Associate Director of Finance. From there, Gregg led the financial team through periods of change and growth, implementing governance, systems and processes to drive efficiency and create a more robust and financially sustainable organisation.
Now as Director of Finance, Gregg leads a team of financial professionals, overseeing UNICEF Australia's financial accounting, planning and analysis while integrating our business and financial data.
Earlier in his career, Gregg was an auditor for PwC in their not-for-profit group in London (and later in Australia). This exposed Gregg to the sector and instilled a passion for the industry, as did his time volunteering in the finance department for a non-profit in South Africa.
