We work together to protect children and help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through to adolescence.

Tackling childhood nutrition in Vanuatu

UNICEF is on the ground in Vanuatu, working to tackle the growing malnutrition crisis that threatens the health of the country’s children.

We seek guidance from local communities and together we co-design programs. Most of our implementing partners are local or national non-government organisations. By working with these local partners and collaborating with policy makers, we build capacity and scale up programs to the point that they are sustainable - to the point where we are no longer needed.
