Children of Lebanon Crisis:
Donate today.

Thanks to our generous supporters, UNICEF Australia is helping children and young people in need, not only survive, but thrive. Because every child has the right to be healthy, educated and safe. No matter what.

As an organisation run entirely on voluntary contributions, we’re committed to listening to our supporters, and we welcome your feedback, questions or concerns. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and we are committed to being open and transparent with information relating to our operations, financial management, the work we do and the people that we work with.

We are transparent

Through our website, people, publicly available reports and media engagements, we make factual and up to date information available to everyone. To support this commitment, we have a clear process for you to request information and we are transparent in the process in which information will be shared and the circumstances when that may not be possible.

For more information, please refer to our Transparency Statement.

We are respectful

We respect the rights, dignities and privacy of our supporters and the children and families you help to support.

We take care not to use any images or words that cause distress or offence.

We will not put pressure on you to make a gift and if you do not want to give or wish to cease giving, we will respect your decision.

If we contact you by phone at the start of the call we will always check you are happy to talk. If you no longer wish to receive calls from us, you just need to let us know.

If you tell us that you don’t want us to contact you in a particular way we will not do so.
