Our impact in 2021: a snapshot of our results for children
We operate entirely on voluntary donations, so our incredible impact in 2021 is all down to the kindness of generous Australians and our fantastic partners. Thank you.
In 2021, UNICEF Australia supported millions of children affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, devastating conflict, natural disasters, and emergencies around the world, providing urgent life-saving assistance.
Through our long-term international development programs, we worked to improve children’s access to and quality of healthcare, education, clean water, sanitation and hygiene, and provide protection from violence, abuse and neglect.
Closer to home, our advocacy efforts influenced government policy to create positive impacts for children in Australia and our wider region.
