Have you been upset by something or feel like you haven't been heard?

If you ever feel upset about something a UNICEF Australia worker said or did, you can let us know. We take all complaints seriously!

When we talk to you about your complaint, we’ll ask for some basic info like your name and how to reach you. We’ll also ask where you met the UNICEF Australia staff member and what happened.

We know that speaking up about something that has upset you can be hard. You don’t have to go through this alone. Bring along a trusted friend or family member. They’ll be there to support you.
