Until every child can play

We believe every child should have the chance to play, learn and grow.

But for many children around the world, the basics are still out of reach – clean water, nutrition, healthcare, education, and safe spaces to simply be kids.

That’s why Cricket Australia is teaming up with UNICEF to help children survive, thrive and fulfil their potential.

And we won’t stop. Until every child can play.

Until every child can play

There for every child, no matter what

1 in 4

1 in 4 people around the world still lack access to clean water.

450 million

Over 450 million – nearly 1 in 5 children – live in or have fled a conflict zone.

Every day, UNICEF supports families, communities, and local organisations to better the lives of children and young people here in the Asia Pacific and around the world. From emergency relief to long-term development solutions, UNICEF works alongside its partners to ensure that every child is healthy, educated and safe.

Most of the school’s structures in Mustafa's community were destroyed by severe flooding, when enormous floating boulders swept through the area. In response, UNICEF and its partners suppported displaced families and affected schools by providing relief items such as mobile toilets, soap, liquid soap and handwashing facilities. UNICEF also procured textbooks to replace those damaged by the floods, while the tents supplied to schools are being used as temporary classrooms and offices.

Now, 13-year-old Mustafa can return to learning, enjoy time with his friends and simply be a child again.
