The Wiggles, UNICEF Australia Ambassador
The Wiggles are Australia’s most-loved children’s group and have entertained millions of families around the world for more than 30 years. From 2008, they have been passionate Ambassadors, helping to educate children on important local and international issues, especially interested in early childhood development learning.
Together, UNICEF and The Wiggles created the Brave Little Books series, a monthly subscription pack that delivers 12 vibrant books and activity packs bursting with colour, stickers, and interactive challenges designed to inspire courage and resilience in children.
In 2025, The Wiggles visited Timor Leste with UNICEF Australia to see firsthand the impact projects are having there. From school readiness programs, WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) programs and girls empowered projects, Anthony, Lachy, Caterina and Tsehay saw firsthand the work UNICEF Australia does in Timor Leste.
