Director of Programs and Impact, Felicity Wever

Felicity Wever is UNICEF Australia’s Director of Programs and Impact, leading funded programs and partnerships in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific region. She oversees high-quality programming for children, while strengthening risk management, accountability, effectiveness and collaboration across key partnerships.

Felicity has more than 20 years’ experience in international development, including in Timor-Leste and Nepal. Since joining UNICEF Australia in 2013, she has helped develop the Directly Supported Programs portfolio and supported the organisation’s accreditation with the Australian Government.  

Prior to UNICEF, Felicity held roles with several Australian NGOs, leading child-centred development programs focused on children’s rights and program effectiveness. She holds a Master of International Development from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Communication Studies.
